How to place an order


To place an order you can do so by phone or by downloading an ‘Order Form’, which you simply print off, fill in & post to:

Once your order has been received an invoice will be sent to you, full payment is required before production can go ahead. You will also receive a free proof for your approval. If applicable, we will also send at this stage an additional form for you to complete, which will ask for any extra information required for us to process your order. For example menus, ceremony schedule, names of people conducting the ceremony, wording of hymns, or a list of guest names & addresses.

At this stage it is still possible to make any amendments should you wish to do so. Simply write your requirements on the proof approval. However, once this approval has been checked, signed, dated and posted back to us your order is non-refundable and any changes from here will be subject to an extra charge. Therefore, please ensure that you check all details thoroughly before approval is returned especially dates, times, addresses and spelling of names etc.

On receipt of your proof approval and payment your order will be processed and placed in the works schedule. To confirm payment and proof approval you will be sent an invoice receipt. Should you have any queries at any time please do not hesitate to contact us via email or phone.

When to order your stationery.

Because your stationery is made especially for you on request it is recommended that you place the order as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. It all depends on the size of the order as to how much time to allow for delivery but we suggest that you place invitation and R.S.V.P. orders roughly 2-6 weeks before you wish to send them out to your guests.

If you wish to order additional stationery to invitations or R.S.V.P’s we recommend that you place your order at least 8-12 weeks before the date of the special occasion.
However, if you have missed these deadlines please do not panic at all. Do not hesitate to contact us straight away and we will do our very best to ensure that your stationery is processed for you as soon as possible.

Delivery Charges.

Delivery charges within the UK vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Charges range from £4-00 - £10-00 and are sent Recorded Postage & Packaging.

All deliveries will require a signature on arrival.
Insurance is available on request at an extra cost.
